We take care of them

Your friend gets a price range by phone the same day and a visit within 48 hours. No pressure, no gimmicks.

You get a thank-you

Within 7 days after their final payment clears, we send your thank-you and let you know the project is done.

$250for projects from $5,000 to $19,999

$500for projects of $20,000 or more

Projects under $5,000 get a handwritten thank-you note.

You choose: a Visa gift card, or a donation in the same amount, in your name, to a local school, church or charity.
Subcontractors and suppliers are paid by check or Zelle, with a W-9 on file.
No limit on how many friends you refer. One thank-you per referred project.
Your friend pays the same price as anyone else. We never inflate a price to discount it later.

The rules, short.

So nobody is surprised later.

Your friend must be new to GUS SKYY and contact us directly: by phone, on this site, or with the QR code on our referral card.
Referrals that come through Floor & Decor or other retail programs do not qualify.
We need your name before our first visit with your friend. If two people refer the same client, the first one on record counts.
The project must be completed and paid in full. Canceled, unpaid or disputed projects do not qualify until they are paid.
GUS SKYY employees, and anyone in the client's own household, are not eligible.
New Jersey rules do not allow real estate licensees or home inspectors to accept referral payments, so we do not offer them. Agents can see how we work with trade partners.

Questions about referrals.

Do I need to be a past client to refer someone?

No. Past and current clients, subcontractors and suppliers can all refer. GUS SKYY employees cannot, and real estate licensees and home inspectors are not eligible under New Jersey rules.

Does my friend get a discount?

No discount, and no inflated price to cut later. Your friend gets priority: a price range by phone the same day and a visit within 48 hours, then one written price for the whole scope.

When do I get my thank-you?

Within 7 days after your friend's final payment clears. We send you a short note when they sign, and the thank-you when the project is done.

What if my friend only needs a small job?

We still take care of them. Projects from $5,000 to $19,999 earn $250, projects of $20,000 or more earn $500, and smaller jobs get a handwritten thank-you.

Does it have to be a bathroom?

No. Bathrooms are most of what we build, but kitchens, flooring and renovations count too.

Do you need anything from me to pay?

For a gift card or donation, just your name and where to send it. Subcontractors and suppliers need a W-9 on file before the first payment.
