Building new? We manage it as your construction manager.
Our day-to-day work is bathrooms and renovations. For owners building a new 1–4 family home, we take a different role: we run the project for you, from bids to final inspection, for a fixed fee.
What a construction manager does.
You own the project and pay the trades directly. We plan it, buy it out, schedule it and hold everyone to the drawings.
Three quotes per trade
Every line of the budget goes out to at least three subcontractors. You see the numbers and choose.
Zoning and approvals
We coordinate the architect and surveyor, file with the town and track every inspection.
One calendar, one contact
Foundation, framing, rough-ins, drywall and finishes sequenced so trades are never waiting on each other.
Fixed, paid by milestone
A fixed management fee tied to milestones, not a percentage that grows with the budget. Savings below the target are shared.

Honest about the role.
As construction manager we do not supply labor or materials for the build. We manage the people who do, and we answer for the schedule, the paperwork and the quality checks.
- Written scope for every trade before it is priced
- Change orders documented and approved by you before work proceeds
- Weekly progress report with photos
- Punch list walked with you before closeout
